Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Payment & Pricing Policy
• Deposit Requirement: A deposit of 15,000 THB per person is required upon booking confirmation. (For tour packages priced under 10,000 THB, full payment is required upon booking).
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to departure. (For peak seasons such as Songkran Festival and New Year, the balance must be paid at least 45 days prior to departure).
• Late Bookings: Bookings made within 21 days of departure or under promotional rates require 100% full payment immediately.
• Minimum Group Size: A minimum of 9 passengers is required to operate the tour. The company reserves the right to adjust the price or cancel the tour if the minimum number is not met.
• Pricing Basis: Rates are starting prices calculated on a twin/double sharing room basis. Final prices are subject to change based on travel dates, number of travelers, room types, and flight availability.
2. Travel Documents
• Passport Validity: Travelers must hold a valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining from the travel date.
• Foreign Passport Holders: Foreign passport holders requiring high-speed train or domestic flight tickets in China must provide a clear copy of their passport bio-page immediately after booking.
• Official Passports: The company accepts no liability and offers no refund if travel using an official passport results in entry/exit refusal by immigration authorities.
3. Flights & Transportation
• Connecting Domestic Flights: Please reconfirm group departure status with our staff before purchasing domestic connecting flights. The company is not liable for any losses caused by schedule changes if tickets were issued without prior confirmation.
• Group Tickets: Group air and train tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-reroutable once issued.
• Transfer Services: Airport/station transfer details (flight/train numbers and arrival times) must be provided at least 2 days prior to arrival. Failure to do so will be treated as self-arranged transportation.
4. Hotel Accommodation
• Check-in / Check-out: Standard check-in time is 14:00, and check-out is 12:00 the following day.
• Security Deposit: Some hotels may collect an incidental deposit upon check-in, which will be refunded upon check-out provided there are no damaged facilities.
• Hotel Replacement: In case of full occupancy, an alternative hotel of an equivalent standard will be arranged without prior notice of the specific hotel name or room configuration.
5. Age & Health Restrictions
• Senior Travelers (70+ Years): Travelers aged 70 and above must sign a Health Certificate and be accompanied by a companion. Travelers aged 81 and above cannot be accepted due to operational limitations.
• Minors (<18 Years): Travelers under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Solo bookings for minors are not accepted.
• Health Conditions: We are unable to accept bookings for pregnant women, passengers with mobility issues, or individuals with severe conditions (e.g., infectious, cardiovascular, respiratory, mental illnesses, or major post-surgery recovery).
6. Itinerary Adjustments & Force Majeure
• Itinerary Changes: Itinerary sequences are subject to adjustment based on local conditions (e.g., weather, traffic, tourist quotas) to ensure safety and overall tour completion.
• Deviations & Voluntary Forfeiture: Leaving the tour group without guide consent is strictly prohibited. Unused services, complimentary activities, or tour portions missed due to immigration refusal or personal reasons are non-refundable.
• Force Majeure & Liability Disclaimer: The company acts solely as a travel agent and assumes no liability for additional expenses or damages resulting from force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, epidemics, flight cancellations/delays, or immigration entry denials).
